| Portable Instructor –
The portable instructor utilizes a personal cassette tape player to
instruct and/or remind a person how to complete the task at hand. The
supervisor records the steps to be performed. The employee then listens
to the instructions to complete the task. Instructions are repeated on
the tape to prevent the need for rewinding. Works great with persons
with limited attention spans performing repetitive tasks. |
